Cree UltraThin LEDs are available in two lines, 5.5 mW and 8 mW. Their features include

5.5 mW performance

5.5 mW min – Blue (455-475 nm)
2.5 mW min – Traffic Green (500-510 nm)
2.5 mW min – Green (520-535 nm)
Low Forward Voltage (2.9-3.0 V typical at 5 mA)

8 mW performance

8.0 mW min Blue (455-475 nm)
Low Forward Voltage – 3.3 V typical at 20 mA

Single wire bond structure
Class 2 ESD rating

Like all Cree LEDs, UltraThin LEDs combine highly efficient InGaN materials with Cree's proprietary G·SiC® substrate to deliver superior price/performance for high-intensity LEDs. These LED chips have a geometrically enhanced design to maximize light-extraction efficiency.

Cree UT series chips are compatible with most radial and SMT LED assembly processes.
